Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email right away, and a separate shipping notification with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days across the US and Canada.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — carrier is selected based on product size and your location.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time — stay tuned as we grow.
Large Item Shipping
Oversized items like the Portable Cold Plunge and Red Light Therapy Panel may ship via freight carrier. Allow an extra 2–5 business days on top of standard delivery time. You'll be notified if your order qualifies for freight shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package all the way to your door. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder — or reach out to us.
