Not loving it? No problem. We make returns straightforward — no runaround, no hassle.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
What's Eligible
All gear, equipment, and apparel — unused, tags on, original packaging intact
Recovery devices (cold plunge, red light panels, etc.) — unopened and uninstalled
Supplements — Unopened Only
For health and safety reasons, supplements (protein, creatine, electrolytes, etc.) can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.
How to Start a Return
Email us at team@beorn-health-basics.madethis.app with your order number and reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Shipping costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below).
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Funds go back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We'll ship your replacement item once we've received the return. No extra wait — we process it the same day it arrives.
Damaged or Defective Items
Got something that arrived broken or wrong? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
We'll make it right — full replacement or refund, at no cost to you. No return shipping needed.
